Support & Refunds

Something wrong with your order? Tell us what happened and attach photos — we'll make it right.

Clear photos of the fault, the item and the packaging. We need these to claim from our supplier — without them a refund can take much longer.

📮 If we need the item back

You won't need an address or a printer — we email you a QR code to show at an InPost locker, Evri ParcelShop or Post Office.

Changed your mind: the return is paid for by you — a flat £4.89 label fee comes out of your refund. Faulty, damaged or wrong: the return is free and nothing is deducted.

Please wait for that email before sending anything back.

🔒 Your photos are stored securely and only seen by our support team.

Common questions

How long do refunds take?

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

What should I photograph?

Clear photos of the damage/fault, the packaging it arrived in, and the shipping label if visible. This speeds up your claim.

Do I need to return the item?

Faulty or damaged: often not — photos are usually enough, and if we do need it back, the QR label is free.
Changed your mind: yes. Tell us within 14 days of delivery, then post it back within another 14 days, unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you — use a tracked service, as it's your responsibility until it reaches us.

Where do I send a return?

Nowhere — you don't need an address. Send the form above and we'll email you a QR code; show it at an InPost locker, Evri ParcelShop or Post Office and they do the rest. No printer needed. If you changed your mind, a flat £4.89 label fee comes out of your refund; if the item is faulty or wrong, it's free.

Can everything be returned?

Anything sealed for hygiene or health protection — pierced jewellery, cosmetics, personal-care items — can't be returned once opened, and personalised items are excluded unless faulty. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
