- Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe; we never store your card number.
- Support content — messages and photos you send us for help or refunds.
- Basic usage data — e.g. your cart and theme, stored on your own device.
How we use it
- To process and deliver your orders and send receipts.
- To manage your account and provide support.
- To handle refunds, returns and disputes.
- To improve our store and, if you opt in, send you deals.
Who we share it with
Only trusted providers needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), Supabase (accounts & database), Resend (emails), our delivery and supplier partners to fulfil orders, and Amazon only when you click an affiliate link. We never sell your data.
Cookies & storage
We use minimal local storage on your device (for your cart, login session and theme). We don't run invasive advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can access, correct, download or delete your data at any time — manage most of it in your account, or email us to request deletion. You can also unsubscribe from marketing whenever you like.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as legally required (e.g. tax/accounting), and account data until you ask us to delete it.
