Spire Discounts is operated by Danut Istrate (sole trader), trading as Spire Discounts, in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of Spire Discounts and any purchase you make. By using our store you agree to them.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We may correct pricing errors or refuse/cancel an order (we'll refund you in full if we do). Discounts shown are genuine.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised.
Delivery
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only. Delivery is free on Spire orders; orders from our 2nd Hand shop carry a flat £4.63 postage charge per order, however many items you buy, shown before you pay. Orders typically arrive within 4–8 working days. Items coming from our overseas suppliers can take longer — up to 18 working days at busy times, and customs delays are outside our control. These are estimates, not guarantees; we'll email you tracking as soon as your order ships.
Returns & refunds
Start every return or refund through our Support & Refunds page — we'll confirm the return address before you send anything back. Items posted back without contacting us first can't be tracked to your order.
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to tell us, and a further 14 days to send the item back. It must reach us unused and in its original condition and packaging. Once you tell us, we email you a QR return label — no printer and no address needed. You just show the code at an InPost locker, Evri ParcelShop or Post Office, whichever is nearest. The return is paid for by you: a flat £4.89 label fee is deducted from your refund. We refund the rest to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of the item reaching us and passing a quick check.
Faulty, damaged or not as described? That's on us, not you — the return is free and nothing is deducted from your refund. Often we won't need the item back at all (photos are usually enough); if we do, we email you a prepaid QR label to drop at a locker or ParcelShop. You're covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015: a full refund within the first 30 days, or a repair or replacement after that. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Some items can't be returned once opened for hygiene or safety reasons — earrings and other pierced jewellery, cosmetics and personal-care items, and anything sealed for health protection. Personalised or made-to-order items are also excluded unless faulty.
Second-hand items
Items in our 2nd Hand shop are pre-owned, sold as described and as one-off stock. Please read each item's condition and description before buying. Your statutory rights still apply.

Accounts
Keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. You may close it at any time.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
